Cable Leafs has been delivering Telecommunication and Information Technology services for over 10 years. Our services range from network manager and design to physical implementation for medium to large organization.

We are looking for a well-organized, detail oriented, and Canadian experienced professional who is passionate to contribute to our success by promoting collaboration, maintaining office supply, bookkeeping, and social media.

We need to make sure that every member of our team is free to do what they do best, and we'll be counting on you to get us there by creating efficient and easy-to-use administrative systems, maintain office supply, and to expand our social media followings.

Human Resources Tasks:

Implement office policies and procedures according to HR policy and Ontario law

Update employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating

Process employee payrolls and ensure keeping accurate records of attendance, vacations, and all other leaves

Accounting Tasks:

Prepare and submit quotations and invoices

Input all company bills, invoices, receipts in QuickBooks.

Keep track of petty cash and all expenses (auto, health, insurance, etc.)

Administrative Tasks:

Maintain office supply and order projects materials

Answer and direct phone calls

Organizing fun team building and events with our vendors

Qualifications:

Experience of QuickBooks desktop is a great advantage

Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Must have a minimum of 5 years working experience.

Minimum of 5 years experience in admin/HR role

Have a valid driver license with car

Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook) is a must.

Working hours

On site - Monday to Friday (9:00am – 5:00pm) - Office based

Annual Salary:

Based on experience: $65,000 – $75,000

Annual bonus based on company & individual’s performance

HR Compensation:

Mobile phone allowance and mileage allowance for business trips

Paid vacation and statuary Holidays. Increased with seniority (10, 15, 20, 25, etc.)

Paid sick leave or personal time off. Increased with seniority (0, 2, 4, 6, etc.)
