Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for employees. This role requires a strong understanding of payroll systems, human resources practices, and accounting principles. The Payroll Administrator will collaborate with various departments to maintain compliance with payroll regulations and provide support in HR-related functions.

Duties

Process bi-weekly & semi-monthly payroll for all employees using payroll software (EasyPay).
Ensure accurate data entry of employee hours, deductions, and benefits into the payroll system.
Analyze payroll data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Maintain employee records ensuring all information is up-to-date and compliant with regulations.
Prepare reports related to payroll, including tax filings and year-end documentation.
Assist with accounts receivable & payable functions as needed, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Provide support for audits related to payroll processes and compliance.
Perform clerical duties, such as maintain filing systems.

Experience

Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role within human resources or accounting departments.
Proficiency in payroll software such as QuickBooks, and Easy Pay.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets related to payroll processing.
Familiarity with accounting software and principles is an advantage.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for maintaining accurate records.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members across departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,517.67-$55,000.00 per year
