RAINSOFT (REGINA) LTD. needs to fill a permanent, FULL_TIME and/or a PART-TIME, Office Administration/Reception position. Candidates must have the following attributes: a minimum of five years of office experience with a variety of administrative skills, such as fluent in English, computer/email skills, reception/phone skills, handling payments, handling Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable, experience with accounting programs such as Sage 300, organizational skills, excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and to make their position efficient and effective.

Summary

As an Office Admin Assistant, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will utilize your core skills in data entry, and customer service to manage clerical tasks and support front desk operations. Your organizational skills and experience with multi-line phone systems will help maintain effective communication and efficient workflow. Additionally, your familiarity with bookkeeping and accounts payable/receivable will contribute to our financial processes.
