Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing essential administrative support, and maintaining an efficient front desk environment. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and proficiency in various office software, including QuickBooks and Real Estate Scheduling Systems

Duties

Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, handling inquiries via phone systems and in-person interactions.
Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure all documents are organized and easily accessible.
Process financial transactions using QuickBooks, including invoicing and payment tracking.
Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, correspondence, and inventory management.
Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Qualifications

Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a real estate office setting
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Docusign
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
Familiarity with front desk operations and phone systems is a plus.
A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
