Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager /Office Administrator. This role is essential in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities. As a Customer Service Manager/Office Administrator you will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.

Duties

Answering all incoming calls/electronic communication in a positive and professional manner.
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex issues effectively.
Oversee technician and customer scheduling and time management
Scheduling customers using appointment booking software
Utilize phone systems to manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
Responsible for general office duties
Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and feedback.
Manage clerical tasks including scheduling, reporting, and documentation as needed.

Skills

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Minimum 2 years work experience in a customer service role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Proven ability in supervising teams and fostering a positive work environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
Experience in team management, providing guidance, support, and motivation to staff.
Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar software for managing customer accounts
Knowledge of the GTA and surrounding areas a plus
Ability to perform clerical duties accurately while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
