We are seeking an organized and motivated Office Administrator to join our team. If you have strong administrative skills, experience working in an accounting firm (an asset but not required), and knowledge of invoicing and basic bookkeeping, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general office administrative duties, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office organization.
Provide administrative support to accountants and other team members.
Manage client inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and accuracy.
Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as reconciling accounts and organizing financial records.
Monitor office supplies inventory and coordinate reorders as necessary.
Handle data entry, document scanning, and maintaining client records securely.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations of the office.

Qualifications:

Previous administrative experience in a professional office setting is required.
Experience working in an accounting firm or financial services is an asset.
Knowledge of invoicing and basic bookkeeping is essential.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) is an asset.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
