Join Our Team as an Accounting Generalist – Focus on Revenue Accounting & Bookeeping

Calabogie Peaks Resort, a premier four-season destination in the beautiful Ottawa Valley, is seeking an Accounting Generalist with a passion for numbers and an eye for detail. This is a full-time position based onsite, with flexible work-from-home options after training.

What You’ll Do: As a Accounting Generalist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of our financial records and helping us achieve our financial goals. You’ll be responsible for:

Managing accounts receivable and reconciling accounts
Handling daily revenue accounting and bank reconciliations
Preparing and submitting remittances accurately and on time
Supporting the preparation of monthly financial statements and year-end reports
Assisting with other accounting tasks as needed to keep our finance operations running smoothly

What You Bring:

Certificate in accounting or bookkeeping (preferred) working towards CPA an asset
3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
Strong grasp of accounting principles and procedures
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Quickbooks (an asset)
