Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, with a focus on the Vice President and General Manager.
Manage and maintain executive schedules, calendars, and appointments.
Arrange travel logistics, including booking and scheduling for senior management.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
Review and edit documents for format, content, and grammar before executive signatures.
Conduct research and prepare background documentation for various projects.
Support the executive team with Requests for Proposals (RFP) and other strategic initiatives.
Handle priority correspondence and complete expense reports, invoices, and related duties.
Undertake additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

Post-Secondary Diploma in Business Administration or a relevant discipline required.
Secondary School Diploma required.
5-7 years of experience in an administrative role preferred.
Strong knowledge of office procedures and best practices.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Professional demeanor with a personable approach.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
