Position Overview:

We are seeking an Inventory & Finance Coordinator to manage our inventory processes and support our accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and customer service functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, finance, and exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.

- Coordinate AR and AP processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation.

- Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and improve efficiency in an ever-evolving environment

- Maintain accurate records and assist with financial reporting as needed.

- Support the team with administrative tasks.

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly when required.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in inventory management and bookkeeping.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.

- An accounting background is considered an asset but not necessary.
