Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent phone etiquette, and a solid understanding of administrative tasks. As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting various functions within the organization, including vendor management, payroll processing, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism.
Oversee phone systems to ensure effective communication within the office.
Maintain accurate records for payroll and assist with payroll processing as needed.
Handle vendor management tasks, including communication and contract administration.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Assist in budgeting processes by tracking expenses and preparing reports.
Organize office supplies and maintain inventory levels to support daily operations.
Collaborate with team members on various administrative projects and initiatives.

Experience

Proficiency in QuickBooks is highly desirable for managing financial records.
Previous experience with phone systems and front desk responsibilities is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Familiarity with vendor management processes is a plus.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for this role.
A background in administrative support or clerical work will be beneficial.
