Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Real Estate Deal Administrator to assist with Invoicing, calculating real estate commissions for transactions both residential and commercial.

Corresponding with real estate agents, brokerages and law firms.

*Additional hours available for assisting with property management administration.

Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, EZ MAX and/or Lone Wolf
Knowledge in real estate forms in Ontario
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
Previous administrative experience preferred
Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
Familiarity with QuickBooks and office management software a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
