Job Summary

We are looking for an administrative assistant who can multi task with very little supervision who will manage the office and its everyday responsibilities ( creating and sending out invoices, answering calls and managing client requests along with various office duties at our Mississauga Office.

Requirements:

Must be efficient in Data Entry
Must have QuickBooks Experience or equivalent
Must be Professional and a team player
comfortable working independently

Responsibilities and Duties

Answer all Calls with professionalism or respond to inquiries via ticketing system
Enter all invoices and or manage customer accounts efficiently
Receive any shipments that come in via mail or delivery

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum 1-2 Years QuickBooks and Office Administrative Experience
Minimum 1-2 Years Data Entry Experience

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

Mississauga, ON L4W1P5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:

Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
