Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll, accounting software, corporate finance, and full-cycle accounting. This position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and grow in the field of accounting and payroll.

Responsibilities

Manage North America payroll processing and systems
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
Conduct account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
Job cost tracking, analysis and reporting
Perform account analysis to ensure financial transactions are properly recorded
Perform month-end and year-end close processes
Corporate finance reporting requirements and ad-hoc reporting
Assist with corporate tax analysis
Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks

Required Skills

Proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks
Experience with payroll processing and account reconciliation
Strong knowledge of corporate finance principles
Ability to analyze and report research results with accuracy
Keen attention to detail, deadline-oriented, superior time management skills
Familiarity with accounts payable and account analysis

Nice-to-Have Skills

Previous experience in industry or construction
