We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk/Office Admin with experience in inventory management to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing invoices and ensuring accurate inventory records and play a key role in maintaining office operations, assisting with HR tasks, and ensuring a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage accounts payable invoices.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams regarding inventory issues.
Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies and coordinating facilities maintenance.
Coordinate office schedules, meetings, and events, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and documentation.
Maintain employee records and assist with benefits administration.
Help organize employee training and development programs.

Qualifications:

High school diploma required; associate’s degree or higher in business administration or human resources preferred.
Knowledge of Quickbooks Desktop Accounting Software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Drive.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
