We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk/Office Admin with experience in inventory management to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing invoices and ensuring accurate inventory records and play a key role in maintaining office operations, assisting with HR tasks, and ensuring a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage accounts payable invoices.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams regarding inventory issues.
- Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies and coordinating facilities maintenance.
- Coordinate office schedules, meetings, and events, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and assist with benefits administration.
- Help organize employee training and development programs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; associate’s degree or higher in business administration or human resources preferred.
- Knowledge of Quickbooks Desktop Accounting Software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Drive.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
