Responsibilities (Admin)

· Answer the office phone and direct calls to appropriate team members

· Register new clients on the CRM

· Contact and activate leads

· Distribute daily report of status on all leads and assigned enquiries to all consultants

· Collate and distribute daily activity summary report

· Manage calendars and set up meetings on GoTo Meeting software

· Manage documents, including Google Drive files, registration forms and marketing collateral

· Assist with Study In UK Inc. events, including Student Fairs and Grad Tours (in-person and online)

· Carry out admin duties to support all departments and assist with ad hoc admin duties as required

Major Responsibilities (Applications)

· Assist the Application Manager with completing student application forms to UK universities

· Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly application reports

· Update application submissions and present during weekly team meetings

· Monitor the Trello board (application) and CRM (database)

· Assist with log-in credentials, student details and agent portals

· Cross-check applications for errors

· Upload student documents to portal or via email if necessary

· Update CRM with changes or additions to application methods/portals

Skills Required

· Suited to a fast-paced environment and talented multi-tasker

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook
