Is technologically capable, with proficiency using office programs such as Excel, Word, Smartsheet, and similar
Has experience or proficiency with accounting programs such as Quickbooks, Sage, or other accounting software
Is enrolled in or has completed a business administrator or bookkeeping course
Is passionate about European vehicles

What we offer;

You're primary responsibilities will be;

Being the face of the company both in person and on the phone
Helping customers with booking service and sales appointments
Taking and recording payments
Assisting in vehicle processing workflow, including booking freight, check-in, and preparing documents
Data entry, including invoice processing, account reconciliation, and posting sale documents, payables, and receivables
