The ability to remain focused amid busy circumstances
Independently multi-task with ease
Valid driver's license with a clean record
2 years of experience in a similar position; preferably at an auto dealership

Responsibilities

Communication via phone, email, etc.
Welcome clients that come into our Sales Office
License vehicles at Service Ontario
Work closely with Sales Manager and Finance Manager
Liaise with Service Manager for coordinating service appointments and vehicle delivery dates
Various administrative tasks including but not limited to: A/P and A/R, scheduling service appointments, filing, managing databases, processing vehicle sales, etc.
