The Successful Candidate Will Possess the Following Skills and Qualifications:

- Engage with our clientele in a friendly, helpful manner
- The ability to remain focused amid busy circumstances
- Independently multi-task with ease
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- 2 years of experience in a similar position; preferably at an auto dealership
Responsibilities
- Communication via phone, email, etc.
- Welcome clients that come into our Sales Office
- License vehicles at Service Ontario
- Work closely with Sales Manager and Finance Manager
- Liaise with Service Manager for coordinating service appointments and vehicle delivery dates
- Various administrative tasks including but not limited to: A/P and A/R, scheduling service appointments, filing, managing databases, processing vehicle sales, etc.
