Responsibilities:

Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients, ensuring all billing details are correct and align with contractual agreements.
Reconcile invoices and resolve discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain and update records in the invoicing system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with internal teams to verify billing details and address any client inquiries.
Assist in preparing reports related to invoicing and accounts receivable.

Skills and Experience:

Invoicing Expertise: Proven experience in billing, invoicing, or related financial operations.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software; familiarity with CCH is considered an asset.
Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all deliverables.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and clients.
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in a similar role, preferably in a financial or professional services environment.
Education: Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, or a related field is an asset.

Extra Consideration will be given to those with:

Advanced experience using CCH or similar financial software.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A proactive approach to identifying and resolving invoicing issues efficiently.
