Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable Office Assistant. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.

The office assistant ensures the smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes into driving sustainable growth.

Responsibilities and Duties

Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Daily banking
Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Qualifications and Skills

Fluent English (verbal and written)
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of MS Office (Word & Exel)
Knowledge of QB, QBO & Xero software would be beneficial!!!

College Accounting graduates welcome!

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
