Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration:

Oversee general office operations, including supplies and equipment.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events as needed.
Manage correspondence, phone calls, and emails, ensuring timely responses.
Maintain a clean and organized office environment conducive to high productivity.
Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and accounts payable/receivable.
Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Prepare and distribute internal communications and reports.
Assist with the preparation of presentations and meeting materials.

Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in an office administration position.

Understanding of booking and basic accounting.

Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
