You will coordinate the accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial reporting, and supporting the company's overall financial health. This role calls for exceptional analytical skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

The heart of the role:

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to improve financial performance.
Ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and other regulatory requirements.
Assist with the preparation and coordination of the annual budget and forecasts.
Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to audit inquiries.
Collaborate with applicable management in the development and implementation of accounting policies, procedures, and controls to enhance financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
Monitor and reconcile bank statements and ensure timely and accurate bank deposits.
Assist in managing the company's fixed assets and inventory accounting.
Collaborate with other departments to support financial and operational initiatives.

What you’ll add to our team:

Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a similar industry.
Knowledge and understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Top notch analytical and problem-solving abilities, with strong organizational acumen.
Impeccable focus on details and outstanding accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional ability to communicate and connect with others while bringing a strategic perspective.
