Global Unified Solution Services is currently seeking to hire an Office Administrator to work at our Mississauga office. Hours will be 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks. The successful incumbent will be friendly, professional, and have an upbeat attitude as the forefront face of Global USS!

Responsibilities

· Daily opening and closing of the office.

· Creating shipping waybills and scheduling pickups with major couriers (Purolator, UPS, etc.).

· Performing trips to the bank to make deposits when needed, grocery store for office supplies.

· Respond to basic inquiries and escalate complex queries to the appropriate parties.

· Maintain the meeting rooms, kitchen and lobby, ensuring they are clean, tidy, and ready for use.

· Maintain a current and accurate filing system.

· Answer and re-direct phone calls/emails and take adequate messages when required.

· Order, stock and maintain kitchen, office stationary, and printer supplies.

· Post all vendor invoices and employee expenses into QuickBooks and reconcile vendor and customer payments.

· Create vendor payment lists and send payments to vendors as directed by the Corporate Controller.

· Complete credit card reconciliation’s per month.

· Generate monthly reports from QuickBooks, as needed.

· Arrange flights/hotels, as needed.

· Support the Corporate Controller, Accounting Assistant, and Purchaser, as required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· Proficient in QuickBooks.

· Self starter who can work with minimal supervision.

· Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

· Previous office administration experience required.

· Proven organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Have a positive, professional attitude.

· Demonstrate professionalism at all times.

· Willingness to learn and adapt.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
