Senior Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

· Manage daily scheduling for Upper Management

· Draft, review and send communications on behalf of the above named individuals

· Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings

· Attend meetings and take notes of discussion

· Answer and respond to phone calls, emails, communicate messages and information to the two executives

· Prioritize emails and respond as necessary

· Coordinate all travel arrangements, including car, transit, train and flight

· Maintain various records and a high degree of discretion and confidentiality

· Conduct research and creating reports on various topics based on needs

· Collaborate with other departments within the company

· Planning and organizing events

- General Administrative duties

· Ability to multitask

· Expert level of computer software and programs, such as MS Office, Excel and Power Point

· Energetic and eager to tackle new ideas

· Comfortable interacting with high-level executives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
