Our office on the Hamilton Mountain has an immediate opening for a full-time Payroll Administrator/Receptionist. Reporting to the Partner, you will be responsible for:

Responsible for answering multiple phone lines, transferring phone calls, greeting visitors, distributing mail, FedEx, UPS, etc. shipping, contacting vendors, etc.
Meet and greet clients and visitors and refer them to the appropriate staff.
Ensure all visitors and contractors follow SQF policy and procedure.
Prepare & Process Payroll & Source Deductions,
Preparing T4’s and T5’s
The successful candidate will have:
Post-secondary education, with a focus in accounting preferred
Knowledge of QuickBooks, PaymentEvolution Payroll Processing will be an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Prior experience in a professional accounting practice is preferred; however, suitable experience and strong academic background will be considered
