Chisholm Industries Ltd., located in Calgary, AB, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented full-time Accounts Receivable - Accounts Payable Admin to join our team.

The Accounts Receivable - Accounts Payable Admin will work a consistent schedule, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS OUR ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE - ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ADMIN?

In this AP and AR role, you will be responsible for managing key financial tasks essential to the smooth operation of Chisholm Industries Ltd. Your day will begin with the preparation and issuance of invoices, where accuracy and attention to detail are paramount. As you progress through the day, you will focus on accounts receivable collections, ensuring that outstanding balances are managed efficiently to maintain cash flow. In the afternoon, your attention will shift to accounts payable processing, where you will ensure that transactions are accurately recorded and payments are processed promptly. Throughout your day, you will engage with various departments, playing a crucial role in the financial stability of our organization.

Requirements

Experience in AR collections
AR/AP processing experience
General administrative background

Previous accounting experience is preferred, but it's not required!
