Position Details:

Location: 100% in-office
Hours: Full-time, 40-hour work week

Key Responsibilities: Working closely with our Controller, you will,

post journal entries, AP invoices, reconcile accounts, receipt customer payments and prepare documentation for cheque runs in our PBS Financial Systems software.
Administer payroll in our Clarity Software, Administer employee information in our Drive HRIS.
Provide vital day-to-day administrative support to our dealership departments.

What We’re Looking For:

Reliability: Consistent attendance is crucial.
Experience: Previous experience in General Accounting and Microsoft 365 is required.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable adapting to and learning new software programs.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
Team Player: Ability to work efficiently as part of the accounting team and independently when needed.
