We are currently accepting applications for the position of:

Administrative Assistant

The administrative assistant will be responsible to manage the day-to-day bookkeeping operations of the Hunt’s Concrete in an accurate and timely manner. The office assistant will be responsible but not limited to the following:

Accounts Payable procedures including coding, entering and monthly payments;
Accounts Receivable statements;
Approving and collecting accounts for credit;
Daily invoice and point of sale transactions;
Bank deposits as required;
General office procedures

The successful candidate will have:

A working knowledge of computers including Microsoft Excel, Word;
Effective interpersonal and communication skills;
An attention to detail;
Self-motivation and direction;
Ability to effectively manage multiple deadlines, multitask, and prioritize;
