Position: Accounting Clerk, Revenue Audit

Location: Blue River, BC

Type: Full-time Seasonal

Reports to: Controller

A day in the life of an Accounting Clerk/ Revenue Audit position:

Responsible for auditing and balancing the different revenue cycles of the company.
Review and follow through on errors and over/shorts on individual chits and folios.
Prepare daily journal entries.
Balance cash and prepare band deposits.
Produce weekly revenue reports.
Assist the finance department as needed

Qualifications and Requirements:

Experience in an accounting position is preferred and/or
2-year Accounting Technician Diploma or BA in with some accounting classes
Strong data organization skills, able to work with minimal supervision, efficiently, and with precision.
Good computer skills, and strong Excel skills required, experience using Accounting Software an asset.

Compensation:

$24 per hour based on experience and qualifications, plus auto gratuities, season completion bonus $1 per hour
