KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounts Payable - Sort, code, post and pay vendor invoices.
Accounts Receivable - Retrieve sales invoices from point of sale software, code, post and apply payments.
Bank Reconciliation - Reconcile bank statements to general ledger monthly.
Adjusting Entries - Post extra-ordinary entries as required to the general ledger.
Other administrative tasks as assigned by leadership.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Relevant training, such as Accounting #1 & #2.
2+ years of accounting experience.
Proficiency in Excel and SAGE 50.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
