Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Controller to oversee our financial operations and ensure the integrity of our financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and budgeting. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in accounting. The Controller will play a critical role in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
- Oversee payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review.
- Conduct budget preparation and monitoring to align with organizational goals.
- Perform account reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in financial reporting.
- Collaborate with other departments to support their financial needs and objectives.
Skills
- Proficiency in using accounting software is essential.
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, budgeting, and account reconciliation.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform account analysis effectively.
