Our company is expanding, and we’re seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team.
Position Overview:
The CFO will play a crucial role in overseeing Ruel Concrete Ltd.’s financial operations, working closely with the executive team to manage financial planning, control costs, and drive sustainable growth. This position is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in construction finance who thrives in a hands-on, high-impact role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial aspects of the business, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Manage and monitor financial performance, costs, and profitability across all company divisions.
- Track purchase orders, payments, and expenses to maintain accurate records and ensure financial transparency.
- Develop and enforce financial policies, controls, and reporting standards.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize project budgets and improve cost efficiency.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the executive team and stakeholders.
- Lead financial risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Drive initiatives for financial process improvement and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA or CFA designation preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, ideally within the construction or industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control processes.
- Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
