As a Payroll Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

Processing full-cycle payroll for 2500 hourly and salaried employees

Timesheet inputting into the payroll system, union and non-union employees

Year-end processing & reporting
-
ADP WFN or UKG would be an asset
-
Benefits administration: Health insurance, retirement plans and other benefits
To be a successful Payroll Specialist, you'll require:

Strong understanding of multi-provincial payroll knowledge and support multiple Ontario locations

You have a strong understanding of payroll reporting
-
You have hands on remittance experience - WSIB, WCB, EHT CRA etc
-
PCP certification considered an asset
