Busy real estate office looking to recruit a creator of first impressions. The successful candidate will possess a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor while performing the following duties in our fast paced and friendly environment.
Duties include:
- Greeting our agents and clients on telephone and in person
- Processing listing and sales paperwork
- Accounts payable/receivable
- Bank reconciliations & some special projects
We work hard and the day flies by. Looking for a multi-tasker with a can do attitude. Loyalty and hard work are rewarded.
Pay is based on experience. Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new software would be an asset.
