This position is based out of our Head Office in Charlottetown, PE and requires the candidate to be in the office full-time..
Role Description: Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Director of Finance will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, including financial statements, financial reporting, and accounting. The Director of Finance will also be responsible for providing analytical support to the organization and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Strong financial statements and financial reporting skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of accounting principles and experience with audit process
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Previous experience in accounting principles of hospitality considered an asset
CPA designation required

Pay: $85,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
