Responsibilities:
🔶 Phone Management:
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
🔶 Invoicing:
Create and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
🔶 Shipment Documentation:
Obtain shipping rates and prepare outbound shipment documents.
🔶 Bookkeeping (QuickBooks):
Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks.
Process accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP).
🔶 Payroll:
Handle payroll processing efficiently and within established timelines.
Qualifications:
🔶 Proven experience in office administration and bookkeeping.
🔶 Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must.
🔶 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
🔶 Excellent communication skills.
🔶 Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
🔶 Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
