Oracle HCM Functional Consultant
Location: Brampton, ON
We need strong functional consultant in Oracle fusion HCM (core HR, Payroll, Talent management, Absence management modules)
Key Responsibilities
As an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Specialist, main role is to design/ develop/ support solutions for HR processes, writing technical and functional documentation, comprehensive testing to ensure successful go-live, and business process best practice advice.
Skills & Experience
● 5 years of hands on experience in configuring Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules like Core HR, Talent Management, Learning, Compensation, and Benefits
● Should have completed at least 3 end-to-end implementations within Oracle HCM for any of the above modules
● Hands on experience in Talent Management modules like Goals, Performance Management, Profile Management, Talent Review, Career Development, Succession Planning and Learning
● Hands on experience in Compensation and Benefits modules, including experience supporting various business cycles such as performance review periods and annual benefits enrollment, particularly for the Canada.
