Position Description: Bookkeeper / Executive Assistant
Sublime Environmental, based in Peterborough, Ontario, focuses on environmentally friendly systems utilizing ozone technology. We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper / Executive Assistant to join our growing team. This role is split between these 2 functions with the possibility of growth in either capacity as the requirements of the business change.
As Executive Assistant, you will assist CEO by managing the office facilities, performing administrative tasks, facilitating workplace communications, and assisting with operational projects and initiatives as well as by providing other general support as required. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of all office activities, optimizing processes, and fostering a productive and efficient work environment.
You can expect the following tasks.
· Create Leadership Reports and Tracking
· Responding to emails and phone calls on behalf of CEO
· Plan and execute meetings, luncheons and company events
· Maintain and update documentation, project tracking and meeting minutes
· Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, hotels, and itineraries for CEO and other team members
· Prepare reports, presentations, communications, and documents on behalf of CEO and assist in compiling information and generating insights to support decision-making.
· Track project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables, as well as provide regular and timely updates.
· Perform additional administrative ad-hoc requests as required by CEO
As Bookkeeper, this role is responsible for entering information accurately while being mindful of improving the finance processes and systems. The bookkeeper will work with all departments/vendors/clients to ensure financial documents are managed appropriately and standard principles are being followed.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
