OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Our Etobicoke based client is seeking an Office Administrator to join their team and will provide critical office support for administrative tasks, support billings and project close outs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with internal team and stakeholders with designs and estimates
- Skilled in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook etc.); demonstrated abilities with various computer systems and applications, work management and general office automation tools
- Experience using SuccessFactors™ (SAP) preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines; time management skills; and office management skills.
- Prioritizes and completes work within deadlines (breaks down work into process/steps), orchestrates multiple activities at once to accomplish a goal
- Demonstrates strong financial acumen
- Self-motivated; able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written, active listening)
Recent Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Electrical is preferred)
Hourly rate: $25 - $28/hour (based on 35 hours/week)
1 year contract (with high possibility for extension)
Hybrid work model (2 days/week in office)
