Part-Time Bookkeeper with QuickBooks Online/Payroll Expertise – Join Hama Investments Limited
Hama Investments Limited is a property management company that manages commercial properties in and around Edmonton and operates two residential buildings in Ottawa, Ontario. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented bookkeeper to assist with our accounting tasks on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts payable: process invoices and handle bi-weekly vendor payments
• Create and maintain invoicing spreadsheets and track aging accounts receivable
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate financial records
• Assist in preparing financial documents and reports
• Handle check runs and data entry
• Process payroll: manage employee payroll, including deductions, benefits and
generating payroll reports, T4’s and ROE’s
• Assist with other payroll-related tasks as required
• Transfer data from Yardi to QBO on a month-to-month basis
• Reconcile tenant payments to ensure they match with bank records
Qualifications:
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
• Strong experience in accounts payable, invoicing, and bank reconciliation
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
