Well known high-end real estate company establish in Anjou is seeking to hire an experience Property Management Administrator
TASKS OVERVIEW
Accounting
· Bookkeeping: accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll journals, receipts, disbursements, bank reconciliation
· Accounts receivable : Monitor collection of payments and make courtesy calls
· Accounts payable: Ensure that goods or services invoiced are in accordance with the initial agreement.
· Process employee payroll
· Prepare year-end files
· Carry out adjusting entries
· Manage invoicing according to internal procedures: invoices, contracts, account statements, etc. Register and manage accounts receivable.
Marketing
· Show available rental spaces to customers and/or real estate agents
· Market rental properties and update web postings
· Target and contact potential tenants
· Develop communication tools and promotional documents
· Represent the company and maintain good business relations
Administration
· Accounting and administrative management of the company's real estate portfolio;
· Drafting, analysis and/or negotiation of legal documents relating to real estate (purchase offers, rental offers, leases, construction contracts, etc.);
· Lease management to track expiry, renewal and termination dates;
· Building management and operations (processing service requests, tenant services, etc.);
· Personnel supervision (office and building maintenance).
· Receive, route, screen and follow up calls
· Prepare, draft and revise correspondence and various documents in French and English
· Update data on rental terms and leases for company buildings
· Any other administrative or team support tasks.
