As part of our business portfolio, we implement Oracle Cloud Applications and provide Payroll Administration services for our clients in Canada. We have several Payroll Administrator positions open in our organization at our office located in Mississauga, Ontario.
The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for processing, maintaining, and updating payroll records for our clients' employees, for both salary and hourly payrolls. This role will also be responsible for remitting all related payroll taxes, benefits, garnishments and WSIB premiums as required. The selected Payroll Administrators should ensure alignment of the Oracle Payroll system with Canadian legislation while also ensuing compliance of payroll is a top priority of the role.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary diploma from an accredited university or college
- Familiar with Canadian payroll processing including Canadian Legislation and Payroll compliance.
- Payroll Certification (Certified Payroll Manager) degree through the Canadian Payroll Association
- Knowledge of the Year-End Payroll processes
- Must be authorized to work in Canada
- Must be able to come to the office on a regular basis (we may consider remote work for well qualified candidates).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Oracle, SAP or Workday Payroll processes
Skills:
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills along with strong problem-solving abilities
