Introduction
We are currently hiring a a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk for our client who is a global scaled biopharmaceutical company.. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting who is eager to apply their education and skills in a supportive environment. The Accounting Clerk will handle account reconciliations, process collections, and contribute to the overall financial operations of the company. Fluency in both French and English is essential.
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate reconciliations of accounts, ensuring financial records are consistent and up-to-date.
- Assist with processing and managing collections, ensuring timely payments and resolving discrepancies.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all financial transactions.
- Provide support in other accounting tasks as needed, contributing to month-end and year-end closings.
- Collaborate with the team to improve financial processes and support overall financial health.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in account reconciliation.
- Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, etc.).
- Experience in a similar accounting or finance role (internships or entry-level positions are a plus).
