All Routes Logistics Inc. is currently seeking a Billing Coordinator to join our expanding team based out of Milton Ontario
***Candidate MUST have Logistics/Transportation Experience in order to be qualified for this position. ***
Responsibilities:
Billing Coordinator:
- Managing all invoicing processes. Invoicing customers on a daily basis.
- Knowledge of POD's (Proof of Delivery) and BOL's (Bill of Lading)
- Talking to drivers on a daily basis
- Basis knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable procedures.
- Daily phone calls/emails to customers for accounts receivables, making notes, and keeping track
- Clearing payments and entering cheques in appropriate deposit books
- Answer calls and transfer to appropriate internal persons.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem Solving
- Maintains filing and maintenance of documents.
- Any other job function as required
- Able to handle large volume of invoices on a daily basis
- This position requires a successful candidate to be able to effectively use their calendar and follow up with customers on a regular basis regarding many different accounts
Accounts Receivables:
- Maintain AR spreadsheets
- Collect on overdue accounts.
- Make decisions regarding adjustments and customer agreements
- Provide copies of customer statements, invoices and credit notes to customers as required
- Receive mail/separate checks
Skills Required:
· Must be experienced in QuickBooks.
· Knowledge of software’s including Microsoft Excel, Word
· Experience with Fleet Manager Software
· Problem solving
