Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Office Administrator and Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service with a sales flair, with a strong background in office administration and phone systems.
# Responsibilities
- Make inbound and outbound calls.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries- Utilize Maximizer (CRM) or similar software for sales transactions- Maintain organized sales records and documentation
- Prepare necessary documentation and assist with internal and external audits.
- Use accounting software and tools to streamline financial processes and maintain accurate records.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and collections.
- Accurately record all transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments in the company’s accounting system.
# Requirements-
Previous experience in office administration and general management.
- Proficiency in computerized systems and software applications
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of administrative tasks and procedures
- Knowledge of MS Office and G-Suite softwares.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Quickbooks preferred but not required.
Work Locations: This is a full-time position and you will be required to work from our office in Vaughan (major intersection: Pine Valley Drive and Highway 7)

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
