The Bookkeeper is responsible for many areas relating to the day-to-day financial processing and reconciliation of statements. This position is responsible for ensuring work is compliant with established accounting regulations and principles and that it is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Verify all coding, allocation to projects, and backup information such as PO's for all invoicing
- Coding, posting and balancing of all company credit card receipts
- Possession of a post-secondary degree, diploma, or equivalent experience
- Communications with vendors via phone and email
- Credit checks for new customers as needed
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Intacct experience an asset
- Other duties as may be assigned by Manager
