Qualifications / experience requirement: Minimum 3-year experience as Bookkeeper working in real estate/Apartment rental company | Hands on Yardi and Quick Books | Accounting software | Bank reconciliation | Well versed with Microsoft office Word and Excel | Able to handle work pressure and tight deadlines | Able to communicate with owners, administrative officer and other staff members
