Job Description
Playing a key leadership role in the Finance team, the FP&A Senior Manager will lead the Business Partnering and Financial Planning functions. This includes building out the reporting and KPIs that enable each department and function to monitor its performance and enhance short-term decision-making, as well as leading the budgetary and forecasting process across the company.
- The ideal candidate understands the relationships between effective and efficient reporting, data governance and process/system design and architecture and can mobilize stakeholders to implement the necessary actions to improve those relationships.
- We are looking for someone who derives deep satisfaction from developing new analyses and models that serve the business, understands when to chase precision vs accuracy and who lives by the mantras “perfect is the enemy of good”!

- Build out new slides as necessary depending on the storytelling needs facing the business
- Build out segmented financial reporting for 2 business units
20%Business Partnering- Develop and prepare departmental reports and metrics
- Lead monthly reviews with stakeholders
- Track action plans and improvements that come out of the monthly reviews
20%Financial Planning- Prepare Quarterly Reforecasts and track action plans with the business
- Lead budgetary process
20%Pricing & Margin Analysis- Own the ongoing pricing and margin analysis
- Set pricing policy with the business; review annually
- Sparring partner to the business to improve Sales Ops and Pricing processes
20%Ad-hoc projects- In collaboration with VP Finance or other SLT members

- Indirect: 0 (N-2)
Salary range: $130k-$150k + 7.5% bonus- This is a full-time position based in Montreal, hybrid (1-2 days in office), reporting to the VP Finance.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field with CPA or MBA.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a relevant financial role.
- Experience in multi-companies, multi-currencies & multi-countries organization
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential; knowledge of PowerQuery, Power BI and SQL is advantageous.
- Proven ability to work independently, a curious mindset, and strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating cross-functionally with geographically dispersed stakeholders and influencing outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly, with a willingness to learn and understand the nuances of the business.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced/changing environment and manage deadlines.
