DESCRIPTION:
- CPA or CPA eligibility. Expertise with On-line QuickBooks required for day to day operations – A/P & A/R includes generate Invoices, entering bills, employee time etc.
- Progress Invoicing.
- Reconciliation of payroll deductibles and employee benefits.
- Creating Chart of Account, import, export data from Online QuickBooks
- Bank and Credit Cards reconciliation.
- Job Profitability Report
- HST and Year End filing.
- Excellent Computer skills.
- Maintaining inventory of office supplies.
- Effectively communicate with staffs and clients.
- Maintain record of Asset Inventories
- Responsible for Record keepings by organizing and filing (hard copy and electronic) of office documents/paperwork
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization & Entrepreneur skills are must.
- Excellent time management & Organization skills are must to deliver the tasks under time pressure.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management to operate office efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- University or High school with equivalent qualification; minimum 5 years related experience in office environment/bookkeeping
- CPA or CPA eligibility.
- Demonstrates thorough knowledge of Word, Excel, and Online QuickBooks
